To further align the exhibition and convention industry with the world, many industry players have begun to cultivate and seek students with innovative thinking and practical capabilities to join the exhibition sector. In early August, Mr. Lin Yi-Nan, Chairman of the Private Schools Retirement Fund Foundation, along with the General Manager and administrative managers of HWH, and industry experts, visited the President and teachers of Jingwen University of Science and Technology. Together, they aimed to promote a collaborative model between academia and the exhibition industry. Through this exchange, Jingwen University of Science and Technology gained a better understanding of the needs of the exhibition sector, which will help them plan the curriculum for their students and expand their perspective on the exhibition industry chain. During the event, the General Manager of HWH and the administrative managers shared their insights into the exhibition field, introducing the latest trends and future developments in the exhibition industry. This interaction allowed Jingwen University of Science and Technology to gain a deeper understanding of the exhibition industry's ecosystem. Through collaboration with Jingwen University of Science and Technology, it is believed that the university will gradually establish a more comprehensive nurturing system, enabling students to get involved in exhibitions and events during their academic years, enhancing their industry awareness and learning.

Our big parent of HWH, General manager Huang, has again invited to ‘’High school vocational teachers symposium and tourism exhibition industry research and study’’, held by Department of Applied Foreign Languages , Lunghwa University of Science and Technology to give a speech. With his rich experience and profound professional knowledge, he gave a fascinating speech to the participants. By analysis of well-known domestic and international exhibition cases and discussion on guiding technique, manager Huang deeply analyses the core elements of exhibition industry. He pointed out that outstanding exhibition professionals needs to possess outstanding planning and organization skills, international cooperation and expansion capability and professional language proficiency, as well as personal qualities such as optimism, strong ambition, and high emotional intelligence (EQ) and communication skills. These insights not only provided valuable teaching references for the attending high school teachers but also offered new perspectives on cultivating exhibition industry talent for all faculty members of Longhua University of Technology's Applied Foreign Languages Department present at the event. This symposium and seminar received enthusiastic responses from high school teachers. Those in attendance expressed that the seminar was highly beneficial, and they looked forward to linking high school and university curricula to jointly foster more practical exhibition professionals. They hoped that such educational linkage would bring more exhibition practical experience to the high school level and allow high school students to understand and acquire the necessary skills for the exhibition industry at an earlier stage. General Manager Huang's presentation provided new perspectives and inspirations for talent development in the exhibition industry and expressed a desire for future collaboration with more educational institutions to jointly cultivate exhibition professionals of international caliber, injecting continuous new vitality into the development of the exhibition industry.

In late June, general manger Huang was invited to Department of Art Management and Art Brokerage, Shude University of Technology to discuss the importance and foresight of exhibition management with the students. During the lecture, manager Huang keep encouraging students to gain workplace experiences during their study, by doing so, they can have a better understanding and adapt future work environment well before graduation. HWH has a long history of collaboration with educational institutions. Besides providing curriculum instruction, also they offer students workplace experience of exhibition activities and support talent development programs for exhibition professionals, this approach enable students to apply their knowledge that they learned to real work scenarios. General manager Huang believe that this collaboration is helpful for cultivating outstanding exhibition professionals with practical skills and innovative thinking. During the course, manager Huang mention,’’ the exhibition industry is a versatile industry where you can apply what you learn.’’ This statement resonated with many students. Why is it possible to apply various disciplines in the exhibition industry? That's because regardless of whether you've studied economics, accounting, management, marketing, multimedia production, or theater management, all these fields have opportunities to contribute to the diverse and enriching exhibition industry. The multifaceted exhibition industry welcomes students from various backgrounds. Students should not worry about whether their previous knowledge can be utilized in the field; instead, they can combine this knowledge to create additional value in exhibition activities. Shu-Te University's Arts Management Department offers a comprehensive and in-depth curriculum, and General Manager Huang was delighted to share the distinctive characteristics of the exhibition industry with the students. While delivering the lecture, he also aimed to guide more outstanding students to consider a career in the exhibition industry.

In order to continuously expand exhibition industry to a level that can drive domestic industry, HWH has been trying to discover and nurture exhibition talents through industry-academic collaboration. It’s our honor to have invited the presidents of China University of Technology and Minghsin University of Science and Technology, as well as faculty from Ming Chuan University, to visit the Taipei Smart City Expo, through observing students’ work at the exhibition, these institutions can have a better understanding and are further enhancing industry-academia collaboration. To provide a high-quality work environment and to let student could adapt to the job, HWH always keep an eye on the students, and regularly invites schools to visit their students at work, ensuring both the school and students’ rights and interests are safeguarded. During the time discussing collaboration with school, HWH were also deeply admired by China University of Technology, Minghsin University of Science and Technology of their thoughtful consideration. To ensure all the students’ safety and provide them excellent intern environment, these institutions conducted repeated assessments of intern companies. Being recognized by these schools is indeed a remarkable achievement. Currently there is lack of talent in the exhibition industry, fostering talent through exhibition industry-academia collaboration require collective effort from business, educational institutions and the government. Recently, a former student shared with me about life in the workplace. He encountered a problem that made him very distressed. I believe that students in the workplace may also have relevant experience. What should I do if I don't agree with my supervisor? In the division of power, he is on top and you are on the bottom. How to face this embarrassing situation or solve it? Teacher, I have a supervisor in my current job. He likes to keep getting at me. Accusing me of something I didn't do, but not saying it was what he thought. He often told me that the OOO supervisor recently complained to me that you were rude, and the XXX supervisor told everyone that you are often lazy, but I may not have met the OOO supervisor or the XXX supervisor recently. How can I be rude or be lazy to them ? I have not heard from my colleagues that the two supervisors have described their dissatisfaction with my situation. Teacher, what should I do? In the workplace, there are bound to be people who disagree with me. I did nothing wrong. Why do I have to bear the "accusation" from my supervisor? There are many kinds of people in this world, and each of them has his own way of handling things. Maybe he thinks you are his subordinate, and he tells you these things in a "tactful" way, which will not directly cause the two of you. So at this time, we have to go back and ask ourselves, whether there is a sloppy situation in the execution of the tasks assigned by the supervisor, so that the supervisor misunderstands that I am being lazy, or that I am not respectful enough in the attitude towards the supervisor. When your emotions are aimed at "things" rather than "characters", it may be easier for you to digest that emotion or find out how to deal with your supervisor. When we first reflect on ourselves and change, then we will study the current situation. If the situation still cannot be improved, we may try to communicate with the supervisor and ask the supervisor for guidance, because everyone has blind spots, and some things cannot be seen or not. These will evolve into nutrients for yourself in the workplace and then you can grow yourself. I hope you will change your mind, and can build a strong foundation for your career.

But everyone is running their own RACE, in their own TIME. Don't envy them or mock them. They are in their TIME ZONE, and you are in yours! Life is about waiting for the right moment to act. So, RELAX. You're not LATE. You're not EARLY. You are very much ON TIME, and in your TIME ZONE. In the torrent of time, there is no one step earlier, no one step later~ Everyone has a chance to catch up with their own time zone, Everyone can be the protagonist of their own life, Life is waiting for the right time to act, Everything is on time in your own time zone, Don't be afraid, don't be hesitant, and don't be disappointed.

When I was teaching at the university, I liked teaching how to  deliver resumes and interviews, because I could share a lot of ideas about finding jobs and take office, so that these excellent students should not be unsuccessful in job hunting because of wrong ideas and poor behavior. When writing a resume, there is a very important content: working experience. Because companies can often judge the job seeker’s practice attitude and values from his work experience, and even his ability or suitability to work in the company. When recruiting talents in many companies, the following indicators are often used in work experience to determine whether this person can be recruited:             often to change from one occupation to another: Many young people like to try, or they change the work immediately when they encounter an unsatisfactory job, but they don't know that this movement has already laid a bad foreshadowing. Because most of jobs require time accumulation and training, there is almost no way to help the company create value immediately and effectively when a new person enters a job. On the contrary, most companies need to cultivate and educate. However, we now often see some young people leaving or changing the runway within a year, which often makes the company interpret it as unqualified or high risk of cultivation. In other words, a full-time work experience less than one year is equivalent to no experience. And it is very likely to be interpreted negatively in job hunting.             Most of the work experience is irrelevant: I believe that everyone has played RPG games. Many professions must accumulate experience points for a long time to upgrade themselves or upgrade their professions. Once changes a job , all experience points are often become zero or greatly reduced. This is also true in the real world. If your previous work experience and the after has no context and has little relevance, it is likely to be interpreted by the company as being indiscriminately, with limited ability, or even without planning, etc., this will also cause negative influence.             Have unpleasant labor-employment relationship experience:   The workplace is not necessarily smooth. There are occasional conflicts at work, such as poor working environment, poor relationship with supervisors or colleagues, insufficient system or other unpleasant incidents. When things happen, many people will leave their jobs or leave unhappy. Such a result will have a bad impact on the company or its employees. In terms of enterprises, it may be necessary to spend more effort and cost to cultivate the next talent who can get started; and for employees, there are also certain risks. Therefore, many well-known companies often conduct credit checks when applying for you. The relationship between the company is not good, and the next company that applies for you will also dare not to use you because they are not sure that they can give you the so-called working environment that you like.   HWH is a company that provides multiple short-term jobs. The work content is all-encompassing, including office administrative assistants, ticketing staff, event staff, store personnel, etc. Many people will temporarily work part-time in our company before switching to the next runway. Many teachers say that it is difficult for current students to make them listen carefully. indeed so. The current information network is well-developed, and a lot of knowledge has been acquired at zero cost. In addition, there are many platform masters and internet celebrities are popular. These people have skill in various types of combat to please the audience.        Although we know that good food is not necessarily healthy for the body, and those who can perform and talk are not necessarily well-studied and knowledgeable people, but those of us who are teachers, we still have to be forced to change and let students like and accept. In the previous section of the national film, it was said that corrupt officials are very sneaky, but it is more treacherous to be an honest official who can to escape unscathed than a corrupt official. Therefore, it is always difficult to do the right thing and sensationalize.        It’s not difficult to be a good teacher: but it’s hard to be a popular teacher. But in order to educate the next generation and make students willing to listen to the content of the lecture, I am willing to work hard for the students and be a good teacher with having skill in various types of combat.

During the Second World War, air combat was very frequent, so the demand for fighter pilots was high, but the training of pilots was very difficult. This reduces the pilots get injury.   Therefore, the U.S. military conducted statistics on the bullet holes hit by the surviving aircraft to evaluate which part of the aircraft should be reinforced. From the statistics of the fighters we found that the rear wing and wing of the fighter had more bullet holes, while the cockpit or engine had relatively few bullet holes. Therefore, the U.S. military commander proposed that the rear wing or wing with more bullet holes should be install protected because they have a high chance of being shot.   It seems very reasonable to do so, because like buying insurance, high-risk events or personnel insurance premiums will be higher, but the Columbia University Statistics Professor Abraham Ward raised an objection, he said: The statistical sample only includes fighters that have not crashed due to shooting and returned safely, so they are not comprehensive enough. The reason why the engine has fewer bullet holes is not that it is not easy to be shot, but that once it is hit, the possibility of it returning safely and surviving is very little. Therefore, Professor Ward believes that all the bullet holes of a fighter aircraft should be evenly distributed throughout the fuselage, and for a fighter that can return home safely, the area with a large number of bombs on the fuselage is less likely to be hit even if it is hit. The part that will cause the crash Conclusion: So we should strengthen the cockpit and engine protection. The content of the above two inferences is the famous survivorship bias. Because of over-focusing on people and things that "survived certain experiences" and ignoring people and things that have not survived (maybe because they cannot be observed), wrong judgments are caused. When using it in our life, do we often make such mistakes? For example, students always like to mention to me in class what they want to do in the future. Many of them choose online auctions and Internet celebrities (make money by traffic), because the income of these online auctions or online celebrities is really enviable. For example, at certain direct selling conferences, the industry always emphasizes how amazing the income of diamond-level managers is; or many books always explain the achievements of successful people, and then list many successful traits for everyone to learn and so on. But have we ever thought about it? The results we have seen are only survivors, and those who have not succeeded may be countless. The dead cannot speak, and those who fail will not make known; therefore, to make correct judgments, we should pay more attention to those who are unsuccessful and the reasons for their failure. We should keep the theory "survivor deviation" in to our heart. , Learn to see the side of the non-survivors, so that you can truly understand them all. So no matter what you do, don’t just envy the good of others, but also see the suffering of others; not only look at successful examples, but also look at failed cases. In this way, students can analyze affairs more rationally and even make right decisions.
